  Older grey haired woman working there was the rudest and most aggressive hospitality worker I have met. Sat at a table thinking it was part of the complex "your place". She marched up to us and said " how many signs do i need, you cannot sit here you bought food from another shop". Having never been here before i said what sign and she yelled and pointed "there". In small writing under Coffee Guru was "your place ". I sad sorry but her behaviour was over the top. No idea of how you can talk to people and advise the seating is for the small coffee shop not the complex. The aggression was horrible and absolutely unnecessary. Being visitors from the sunshine coast this gave us a VERY bad impression. Obviously someone was having a bad day but don't take it out on people. We would have happily moved if spoken to in a civil manner, but i doubt this woman knows the meaning judging by many other reviews. Never go here.

  Today I bought my 7 year old daughter a milkshake and myself a coffee from Coffee Guru - Marketown. As we were waiting for our drinks my wife was buying herself a breadroll from the bakery. We were finding a seat inside their seated area and as we sat down to drink our coffee and milkshake we were abruptly asked to leave as they weren't going to allow outside food inside their area. I would understand if they were busy, but when there are another 4 tables free (1 was occupied by a woman wrapping a present who didn't buy anything at all from Coffee Guru) you would think we could sit there to drink our coffee and milkshake.

  Had an agreesive woman come up to us and tell us that because we had food from her shop and another shop that we couldn't sit at her tables. The place had plenty of spare tables and all the other generic tables were taken.

  A friend recommended I try the coffee here..... I say friend, but I dont know them that well, and we don’t drink the same kind of coffee, so it was a strange reason to go but Im glad I did. It was early afternoon and very hot. Probably thirty two degrees..... I dont have my diary on me as of writing this. I spoke to the coffeewoman directly, not the cashier. This is a life hack to cut the queue I saw on Youtube. I told her Id like an ice latte. She smiled, she had a very nice smile, and she said theyre all nice. I said what? They’re all nice lattes, she said, and her smile was really big. No, I told her, an ice latte, and she just chuckled and shook her head. I think she was hearing impaired. But she then told me what single origin means, which is “one place,” and all the beans going into my coffee would come from one place..... I dont know why everyone doesnt just say “one place." Except they’re not really from one place, theyre from different farms, and sometimes “one place” can mean an entire geographic part of Brazil or wherever hundreds of kilometers wide. Anyway, she gave me a latte, and it wasnt an ice latte or a nice latte, it was a fantastic latte. I will probably go back. Thank you.
