  I had my braces done there two years ago. The reason I had gone to dr Peter Vaughn was because of a promise and signed contract that said if my retainer that was put on after my braces broke that it would be repaired without charge, if we paid extra for the retainer. A week ago it had become lose and I went to get it repaired, HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $140 for a 5minute job. I explained that I had paid extra for the contract which said that I would get free replacements. They said that it was no longer valid because dr Vaughn has changed his policy, and charged me anyway. We were scammed and he doesn't keep to his contracts. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  Funny how you post a review and it’s deleted because it’s not in favour of the practice.
  
  Shameful treatment of generous paying patients. Shameful treatment of the head orthodontist towards junior staff. Shameful treatment by the reception staff towards patients.
  
  Treatment was rushed, despite voiced concerns. They also gaslight you when it comes to payment inclusions with treatment. Additionally, they no longer provide re-treatment to previous patients despite it being in a signed contract at the start of treatment. What a joke. Sure, don’t provide NEW patients with this, but atleast honour your existing and past patients who were promised this.

  We’ve been seeing Peter Vaughan now for 3 years. He’s conservative and doesn’t recommend intervention unless he thinks it’s necessary. All procedures are well explained and both my son and myself knew exactly what to expect both financially and physically. They took the time to explain it not just to me but to my son who was having the work done. That’s so important for me.

  Previous review was removed. This practice and their "management" need serious scrutiny and review regarding HR and pricing. Absolutely disgusting.

  Peter Vaughan orthodontist have done a great job and helped me out a lot. The staff were incredibly friendly and I’m incredibly appreciative of the result!
