  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked to stay here in Dec 2021 to come over the June long weekend 2022. I am heavily pregnant and my partner and I drove all day, excited as we were seeing a show. Our booking was cancelled with NO notification and NO decency or an explanation! The staff were INCREDIBLY rude (Ruth the Manager), offered NO help and NO apology. We were not only left to stay in our car but the venue actually taunted us over email. This is the worst “business” with zero professionalism. Do not stay here unless you want to be left sorely disappointed.

  Apartment was everything we wanted for our holiday stay. Clean, large spaces, 2 outdoor areas, and a stone throw away to many great cafes, eateries and beaches. Staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

  A spacious 2 bedroom apartment that had all we needed for our weekend of basketball. It was also conveniently located near the courts.The beds very comfortable, bathroom clean with underfloor heating. A spacious living area & all we needed in the kitchen. A washing machine, dryer. A balcony off the main bedroom with a small courtyard front & back. Off street parking with a garage. Friendly helpful staff when I called to check on when O would receive the code to check in with. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

  The beds were clean, however the very first thing we found out was that the washing machine cannt be turned on. We called customer service and a lady told us that she would come in in a minutes but she never turned up. The second thing we found was the air conditioner shuts down every 15 minutes, and I had to mannaully turned it on to keep the room tempatature down so my kids can fell asleep. Luckily we only booked for one night.

  Beautiful apartment. 4 stars.
  Customer service ( well one of the lady’s that I spoke to in the office as the manager had left for the day ). 1 star - and I quote “ because the cleaners actually had to clean your never welcome back here again “
  
  Now In saying that , yes that was correct , the cleaner did have to vaccum the floor as I was prepared to do it myself with the provided vacuum but as it was filthy I cleaned the whole thing and the filter just wasn’t quite dry so I didn’t want to use it. As that would have ruined the vaccum. But I had rung earlier that morning before we were going to have to leave and spoke to the manager and advised of the current situation and she said that it was totally fine.
  
  So just a heads up. Make sure when you have to unexpectedly leave your current house as it was burnt down to go (4 days before Christmas mind you) and stay in emergency accommodation with two young children. You definitely don’t leave one single bit of crumbs (crushed up chips to be exact) on the floor as the cleaners of this place apparently get paid to do nothing and your expected to clean up yourself or you’ll get charged a fee.
  
  Like I said but beautiful apartment !
